If you want to give weaving a try, this little loom is perfect because it's a frame too!
Here's what's inside:
• wood frame loom- 4 x 4.5 inches
• inside weaving area - 3 x 3 inches
• two steel tapestry needles, #13 and #18 (#13 is the larger needle)
• one steel rod
• a cotton muslin bag to carry it all in
• the kit comes wrapped in cotton canvas
It has six notches per inch and works well with worsted-weight yarns or finer tapestry yarns.
The steel rod lifts the warp threads, making it easier to weave.

12/6 cotton seine twine works well for the warp string wound onto the loom.
The loom is made from sustainable maple- it's laser-cut, then I sand it and give it an oil finish using non-toxic Danish oil, followed up by finishing wax - it feels so good in your hand!
