I grew up near the Colorado River, and spent lots of evenings watching the sunset on the marshes. That's what inspired this amulet bag, but it might bring up different memories for you.

2.5 inches x 1.75 inches wide. The necklace is cotton cord, and is adjustable by sliding the knots along the cord to the length best for you.

My amulet bags were woven on a floor loom using very fine silk - I wanted to create a lush fringe on the top of each bag. After weaving they were taken off the loom and hand-sewn, dyed, and painted.
The final step was adding a necklace cord.
Each of my amulet necklaces are made individually - so although some are similar, there are no two exactly alike.
